Vision Maker, Mentor to CEOs and business owner
Jim Ballidis is a serial entrepreneur, attorney, inventor, investor, and venture capitalist who has owned several manufacturing and service companies over the years. He has published chapters in several books featured on the Amazon best seller list, and Wall Street Journal best seller list, with authors Jack Canfield, David Corbin, and other notables, always with the desire to deconstruct what makes us successful and robust in our careers and personal life. He collaborates with 25 other mentors and business coaches on the current state of business challenges and in the last four years became obsessed with the relationship of vision to success. Uninspired by visions that have to be read, or were broad and intangible, he began to focus on the reasons we do not pursue huge visions, and often shirk at the responsibility to forward a meaningful and useful vision in leadership.
James was the managing partner for the California law firm of Allen, Flatt, Ballidis & Leslie Inc. and a 1985 graduate of Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. He was admitted to the California State Bar that same summer. Jim is a mentor with the Pinnacle Global Network of Mentors and an active member of the Board of Directors of two flourishing companies. Having mentored and discussed vision with hundreds of CEO’s and leaders, he offers insight into those things that stop us from reaching our highest and best. A reformed Vision Killer himself, he now dedicates his life to helping people and businesses create and sustain Visions that are bigger than themselves.
